Category:Croatian record labelsAs well known, in recent years, the number of patients infected by AIDS has been increasing and thus the demand for treatments of AIDS, for instance, for AIDS treatments by orally taking drugs is rising with the increase of patients suffering from AIDS.
As a process for preparing the above medicines or pharmaceuticals, use has been made of a processing technique called a wet granulation technique. With this technique, the following preparation process is performed: powders of medicines are mixed with a binding agent such as, e.g., gum arabic and water, and the mixture is kneaded by a kneader or the like, and granules are obtained by granulation.
Furthermore, in recent years, an anti-AIDS agent for use in a wet granulation process, having a low toxicity has been in demand.
In Patent Documents 1 and 2, there is disclosed a process for producing medicine or pharmaceuticals having high content of an anti-AIDS agent by a wet granulation process using, e.g., an anti-AIDS agent having a low toxicity.
In Patent Document 1, there is disclosed a process for producing a dry pharmaceutical product containing a biologically active substance of vitamin B12 having the chemical structure shown by the formula (1) [Chemical name: 5-methyltetrahydrofolate] (H3N)5CH3 CH2 H4FN5COOH wherein, R represents a hydrogen atom, a methoxy group or a hydroxyl group, R′ represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group or a methoxy group, and R″ represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group.
In Patent Document 2, there is disclosed an anti-AIDS agent for use in a wet granulation process, in particular, having a low toxicity, comprising a hydroxylated folate derivative having the chemical structure shown by the formula (2) [Chemical name: 5-methyltetrahydrofolate] (H ac619d1d87
